I have the honour to submit for

the signification of His Majesty'a pleasure Ordinance No.12

of 1909 entitled "An Ordinance to authorise the Appropriat-

-ion of a Supplementary Sum of Five hundred and twelve

thousand two hundred Dollars and thirty-four Cents, to

defray the Charges of the year 1908", together with the

customary report of the Attorney-General thereon.

I ha e further to transmit in

accordance with Colonial Regulation No. 255 the Appropria-

-tion Account for the year 1908 which embodies full inform-

-ation respecting the increases and decreases on each sub-

-head of the Estimates.
